Had a great private lesson with Sifu Cory Walken, Seattle CRT yesterday. There's nothing like practicing the Siu Nim Tau. I could see how far I've come and how far I have to go.
Best part, talking/working the CRT application/transition. The application made my muscles twitch with memories of SEACA Systema/Kali. Good stuff
